• Automatically Collected: IP address, device information, browser data, usage logs, security logs, and cookies.
• Sensitive Data: Customer-submitted project content may contain personal or sensitive information. EMS EFX processes such content only as necessary to fulfill the customer's project and protect the security and privacy of the information.

How We Use Information

• Verify the customer's Amazon order using information provided through Amazon and the fulfillment portal.
• Confirm the customer's ZIP Code before granting access to the private order-specific project.
• Provide secure access for the customer to submit photographs, video, audio recordings, personal messages, and other project materials required to create the ordered product.
• Create, customize, fulfill, and support the EMS EFX Custom Keepsake Memory Video Book.
• Maintain security, prevent unauthorized access, investigate suspected security incidents, and meet applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Sharing & Disclosure

• Amazon Information: EMS EFX does not sell, rent, or share Amazon Information with outside parties for advertising, marketing, or unrelated purposes.

Customer-submitted photographs, videos, audio recordings, and personal messages may contain sensitive personal information. EMS EFX uses this content only as necessary to create and fulfill the customer's ordered product and to provide related support and security.

EMS EFX does not sell customer-submitted project content or use it for unrelated advertising or marketing.

Consumer Rights

Under TDPSA and, where applicable, FDBR, residents may have the right to:

• Confirm processing and access personal data.

• Delete personal data.
• Opt out of targeted advertising.
• Opt out of the sale of personal data.

Data Security & Retention

We use reasonable safeguards including encryption, access controls, authentication, secure processing practices, and restricted access to protect Amazon Information and customer-submitted project content. Amazon Information is maintained separately from customer project media or otherwise clearly identified so its origin and handling requirements can be controlled.

Amazon-derived Personally Identifiable Information (PII), including information such as a postal code obtained through Amazon Services API access, is retained for no longer than 30 days after order delivery, except where a longer period is required by applicable law. Amazon Information is securely deleted when it is no longer required for the permitted purpose and in accordance with Amazon's applicable Data Protection Policy and deletion requirements.

Customer-submitted project media is maintained separately from Amazon-derived PII and is retained only for the period reasonably necessary to complete fulfillment, support the order, resolve applicable disputes, and meet legal obligations. When it is no longer required, it is securely deleted or otherwise disposed of in accordance with applicable requirements.

Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not intended for children under 13 and are not knowingly directed to minors without appropriate safeguards.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date.

Data Updates

Customers may request correction or updating of personal information associated with their EMS EFX project where applicable. We maintain information only as necessary to provide the Services, support the applicable order, and meet legal and security requirements.
